You may obtain the use
of these domain names by either:

Installment sales contract
(Seller financing) – 20% down, 60 months, 15% per annum interest
· One month lease to rent a domain which is automatically renewable every month upon the payment of the monthly rent for a period of up to one hundred and twenty months (10 years).
View my domain names that are available for sale or lease and if you are interested please email me at DS@DSforL.com stating the domain name that you are interested in purchasing or renting and if you are purchasing the domain whether you will be making a full payment of the purchase price or would like the seller to finance same. Also, please provide your name, address, telephone number, fax number in your email to me.
If you purchase the domain name with a lump sum payment, you will fax or email me the signed and dated sales contract, I will sign and return a copy to you and I will contact www.Escrow.com. I will set up the transaction with www.Escrow.com and they will contact you requesting payment. My email address which is registered with www.Escrow.com is DS@DSforL.com. The buyer will send his/her payment directly to www.Escrow.com and once they verify that payment has been received I will transfer the domain to you. The buyer only has seven calendar days to pay www.Escrow.com from the date of the contract.
If you purchase the domain name with seller financing, you will fax or email to me the signed and dated installment sales contract and I will sign and return a copy to you. Buyer will send a check for the 20% downpayment to Domain Store For Lawyers, LLC, 3105 N. Ashland Ave. - #139, Chicago, IL. 60657 and send the monthly payments to said address OR buyer may send the 20% downpayment and all subsequent monthly payments through www.paypal.com - Seller's email address at www.paypal.com is DS@DSforL.com.
If you wish to rent the domain name, you will fax or email to me the signed and dated lease agreement and I will sign a copy and return it to you. Buyer will send a check for the first month's rent to Domain Store For Lawyers, LLC, 3105 N. Ashland Ave. - #139, Chicago, IL. 60657 and send the monthly rent payments to said address OR buyer may send the first month's rent and all subsequent monthly rental payments through www.paypal.com - Seller's email address at www.paypal.com is DS@DSforL.com.
This is for the sale or rent of a domain name only
and there is NO website, content or hosting included. The domains listed
herein are currently registered with www.GoDaddy.com. Purchaser must
have an account or open an account with www.GoDaddy.com so that the
subject domain name can be pushed (transferred) to the buyer's account
at the same registrar. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify the
seller with his account name at www.GoDaddy.com and provide such other
information as is necessary for the seller to transfer (push) said
domain name to buyer's account at the same registrar. Seller believes
that keeping the domain name with the same registrar at the time of
transfer streamlines and simplifies the process of the sale so that it
will proceed in a very expedient manner. Also, Seller may have acquired
some of the domain names he has for sale within the past 60 days and
therefore there may be a period of time prior to the domain name being
available for transfer to a different registrar. FREE PUSH (TRANSFER) TO
BUYER'S GO DADDY ACCOUNT. Buyer shall provide all information needed for
the transfer of the subject domain name. Once transferred, it is the
buyer's responsibility to complete their end of the transfer process in
accordance with the registrar's instructions.
Seller makes no guarantees or representations about the
short or long-term value of the subject domain name. Seller further
makes no guarantees regarding the buyer's success with respect to their
future marketing efforts relative to the subject domain name. Seller has
performed no due diligence regarding any trademarks of copyright
infringement and makes no warranties of guarantees accordingly. Seller
warrants that he has not received any notice of any potential trademark
or copyright infringements by the subject domain name. Seller has made
no guarantees nor has he given any legal advice as to the value,
viability and marketability of the subject domain name.
